They were kind enough to accomodate a room for me without a carpet due to allergies. I was placed in a room from the new building, which was super comfortable and clean. The hotel was also in a great location, like a 2 mins walk from the main streets and restaurants. I recommend this place for when staying in Calafate.

This is a really excellent hotel. It has a beautiful, old style and there has been a lot of attention to detail. The food is absolutely outstanding, the staff is excellent, and the views of the mountains over the lake are unforgettable. Price was very very reasonable. The only negative is that the Wi-Fi is pretty poor, but I suspect that has more to do with where it's located. than anything the hotel has control over. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Hotel is only a few years old, so clean and in good shape. Breakfast was OK, not a huge variety. Staff spoke good English and were helpful. They have a pickup/dropoff arrangement with a local laundry, which we used. It was fairly convenient though a bit pricey. Hotel is on the upper level of El Calafate, above the crowded streets of the main tourist area, which makes it quieter but a bit too far to walk to restaurants.

Todo excelente. El hotel en hermoso, la habitaciòn super còmoda. Las vistas son increìbles. El desayuno muy bueno. Lo recomiendo.

View was incredible, however hotel temperature was too hot throughout (think leisure centre vibe) Walls seemed paper thin as could hear everything next door. And the hotel wasn’t well set up for being busy. There were no clean tables to sit at for breakfast and lots of things not available.
